Bob Martin is active in most all aspects of commercial real estate in the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati area and selectively elsewhere in the Ohio and Indiana marketplace. Bob participates in traditional owner representation of the list/sell and lease tasks as well as the specialty tasks of site search and buyer representation for both the lease of office, retail or industrial space or the purchase of real property. Year after year, Bob has been a consistent sales leader of the HUFF Commercial Group. In "another life" Bob was employed by an international machine tool builder of high production specialty metal cutting equipment in the sales and engineering department. The "policies and procedures" of that experience make Bob very attentive to task analysis and detail as well as engineering issues. Having a clear picture of the problem is the first step in bringing the task to a successful conclusion; in this case "a closing". A native of the area, Bob is also very knowledgeable regarding local government, having served as a planning commission chairman and zoning administrator. Bob was licensed in 1984, and associated with HUFF REALTY since 1985. He became a licensed Broker in 1990 in the State of Kentucky. Bob is also licensed in States of Ohio and Indiana.
