Matt Franks, a Tristate native, provides his clients extensive knowledge of Ohio Valley Region. He is a multi-disciplined sales and lease leader specializing in the acquisition, disposition and development of commercial, retail, office industrial and investment properties. Matt skillfully matches clients with developers and sources of capital for all types of commercial real estate. Matt began his career in 1984 as a sales associate and property manager for Matt Toebben Companies where he became Executive Vice President of Toebben Ltd. Duties included acquisition, development, and management of the Toebben properties portfolio including retail, office , industrial and commercial properties. During his employment, retail and office space grew from 56,000 sq. ft. to 480,000 sq. ft. and maintained an average of 97% occupancy through 1996. Matt associated with Cline in 1997 where he earned the Sales Vice President and Top Producer recognition. In 2002, Matt joined the HUFF commercial Group where his expertise and professionalism quickly established him as a sales and lease leader.
