Walt has been in the real estate profession for over 30 years. His accomplishments include: owning and operating his own company for over 20 years building an agent team of 32 associates. During that time, Walt was active for six years with development, building and sales of both residential and commercial properties. Walt served as a State Director with the Kentucky Association of REALTORS®. During his term he was State Education Director for two years, and Vice President of K.A.R. for one year. Walt has over 2,000 hours as a real estate instructor. He was co-author of the "Kentucky Pre-License manual" that was the real estate text for seventeen colleges through out the state of Kentucky. When Walt closed his company, he decided to work with long-time friends and business associates, Jim and Bert Huff. Walt has a Broker's License in both Kentucky and Indiana. Walt's commercial specialty is locations for restaurants, motels, medical facilities, office condominiums, and other special needs business.
