Bob Porter has more than 30 years experience in the real estate business as an agent, broker, developer and builder.  His background includes owning and operating several successful companies such as Mertacks LTD, a furniture and accessories retailer; Builders Cabinets and Supply Co., a kitchen and bathroom cabinet, fixtures and appliances retailer; and Bell-Porter Builders, a custom builder. He is also the director of two development companies currently developing land in Northern Kentucky and along I-75.    Bob’s vast experience and wealth of knowledge regarding all facets of real estate gives him an undeniable advantage when negotiating transactions ensuring his clients are getting the best possible representation.    Bob has been a member of the Home Builders Association of Northern Kentucky since 1977, serving on the board of directors, as well as, president and chairman.  He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University in 1974.  Click the tabs below to view Bob's current listings
