Fred has over 20 years experience in the Commercial Real Estate business. His primary focus of work has been the sale and leasing of retail properties in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky markets. He has been involved in-site development for medical, retail, land and shopping centers. Fred has also worked with many national and regional companies as their agent for site selection; purchase and leasing. Fred also represented several landlords and owners in the marketing of their projects.
